Centre for International Training & Executive Development (CITED) Uganda is a leading International Executive Training, Management, Research and Capacity Building Organization based in Kampala City, Uganda. An affiliate of Centre for International Training & Executive Development (CITED) Nairobi, Kenya, we provide high-level leadership and management training, consultancy, research and capacity building services. Our focus is to meet the continent's organizational, management, and technology challenges through enhancing leadership skills for the public and private sectors with a goal of empowering the next generation of leaders.
CITED Uganda offers training in, among other areas, policy management, finance, Information Communication Technology (ICT), transportation, health, human resources, project management, and gender. Our programmes are designed to improve knowledge and skills of our clients in a capacity building format delivered in the form of courses, symposiums, workshops and seminars.
Participants in these programmes include those from the private, public sector, civic, parastatals and non-governmental organizations, drawn from all levels of the organizational structure, from the bottom to the top echelons.
We draw our skills from our wide-ranging regional and international experience, to offer our clients total quality and differentiated services. To this end, other than our own internal capacity, the Centre has strong networks with both local and external consultants in management development training.
Management
CITED is an autonomous management development, consultancy, and research organisation. It operates under the control of the board of directors comprising representatives from industry, government, and capacity building organisations. It is headed by the Director, who is the Chief Executive Officer or Director of Programmes.
Facilitators & Consultants
Our facilitators and consultants are selected not only for their academic qualifications, but also for the experience in their fields and the industry they represent. This ensures that we offer our clients the best training, consultancy services, and management development programmes that are relevant and practical.
Accommodation
Our organisation has various contacts in the hospitality industry that is closely monitored by us to ensure quality accommodation at affordable rates for our delegates. Delegates are also at liberty to make their own arrangements if preferred.

Our facilitators are selected for their academic qualifications and deep industry experience. This ensures we offer the best training, consultancy, and management programmes that are relevant and practical.
We also invite seasoned guest speakers to share real-world experiences to enhance acquired knowledge further.
Tuition Fees
Fees are payable in Uganda Shillings (UGX), US Dollars ($), Euro (€), South African Rand (ZAR) or equivalent Great Britain Pounds (£). The institute accepts cash payments and electronic bank transfers. Account details are furnished on request.
